I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist committed to helping people find balance and overcome obstacles to live the life they want. After receiving my masters degree at JFK University in Somatic Counseling Psychology, I began my work as a therapist and have been practicing for 9 years. My own experiences of overcoming and healing from adverse life circumstances led me to become an ally to others who seek ease and fulfillment. I am a mom of two young children, a lover of nature, and a believer that while we are all a work in progress, the right tools and guidance bring beautiful positive change.
How I Work
You want a life you love. My job is to work with you through the difficult feelings and tough situations that are blocking you from that life. I use a holistic, whole-person approach that focuses on all aspects of your health and wellness. Our work together will be practical, and geared toward finding real solutions and strategies that work in your unique situation. It will be integrative, aiming to bring all the parts of you into balance and harmony.
Expect compassion and expect to laugh. We will be working through some tough stuff, but I will be down to earth and real with you- and you will be able to do the same with me.
What areas will we work in? We will go wherever we need to go to get things on track. Holistic therapy recognizes that our minds, our emotions, our bodies, and our spirit are all inherently connected and influence one another. We will look at what’s going on in these realms and how we can bring them in to balance.
I do sessions both in my office and as "walking and talking therapy" in local parks.
Let’s see if we might be a good match. Call or email for your free 20-minute consultation. 510-646-0023 or firstname.lastname@example.org
